General Information
Record labels can work with EMRA when their catalogues are broadcast, streamed, or played in public and commercial environments such as radio, television, digital platforms, venues, events, retail spaces, and hospitality locations.
Once you become a member, EMRA helps protect your authors’ rights, monitors the use of your works, and ensures that royalties generated from licensed use are collected and distributed fairly, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 38 of 2021 and relevant international treaties.
